Domain Registration

Web Hosting:

Disk Over Usage / Traffic Over usage

Customers are only allowed a certain amount of traffic per month depending on the package you choose. Thereafter, you will be billed according to the over-usage on your account. Masterweb will charge a minimum of R27 admin fee added together with the amount charged by the service provider.

On site support

Masterweb will charge a standard fee of R230 to attend to all web and email related on site queries.

Technical Support:

Masterweb will consult with the client in order to determine if the technical problem can be resolved via a Remote login session.

Email Set Up

We offer the following services free of charge:

-Set up new email addresses on existing accounts.
-Resetting email account passwords.

Please take note that Masterweb does not store email passwords. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they keep passwords in a safe and secure place.

Services Rendered

All invoices, for services rendered, are payable immediately on presentation of the invoice. Masterweb will allow a period of 72 hours for the approval of an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) from a commercial bank other than ABSA Bank.

Masterweb reserve the right to terminate the following services if no payment is received after 72 hours :

-Email accounts.
-Web site Hosting.

If such services are terminated, due to late or non-payment and then reinstated on request, a fee of R175 is payable prior to reinstatement.
